Loading ships with standardised containers allow a greater volume of cargo per vessel and remove the need for warehousing. Today, the majority of sea cargo is transported in either TEU (20’ equivalent unit) or FEU (40’ equivalent unit) containers.
With WTC, we can offer you the option to book either an FCL (full container load) or an LCL (part container load) if you don’t have enough cargo to fill a whole container at either of those sizes.
With access to all of the UK main ports, we can arrange for your sea freight consignment to arrive into the most appropriate area, meaning your delivery is with you as soon as possible after discharge at the port of arrival.
Our experienced and expert sea freight teams will provide flexible solution’s which is the right solution for you, so regardless of the size of your business, location or type of Seafreight mode that is best suited to your product, we will always deliver the optimum and most cost-effective solution for you.
